Amy Vining Photography is quickly becoming the area's choice for vibrant & stylish senior portraits. AVP is looking for trend-setters to be her Class of '13 reps!

2013 Rep Application
To be considered for the AVP Rep Program please fill out all parts of this form. The AVP Senior Rep Program is designed to get the word out to your classmates and friends throughout schools in the Portland/Vancouver metropolitan area. Your responsibility will be to hand out your personalized rep cards and promote and share your photos on Facebook throughout the Spring and Summer of 2012.

In return, you will receive:
1/2 off your Couture Session fee (regularly $195 and includes professional hair and makeup if you want it!)
Personalized rep cards to share with friends
Indoor and outdoor photos
A personal ordering session one week after your shoot
A special gift in the mail each time you send a classmate to our studio

Terms
I understand that Amy Vining Photography may use photographs from my session for displays, advertising, exhibitions, or competitions. I understand that there are several obligations as and will performs these duties to the best of my abilities. Any violations of this agreement will terminate any credits and program requirements that I am entitled to from referrals.
